ダイエット開始第15週が終了した。
先々週に成果を感じ、先週リバウンドを感じたのだが、今週はその中間に落ちついた。リバウンドに対するリバウンドと言っても良いのではないだろうか。仕事が忙しかったこともあるが、先週リバウンドに苦しむ中でジョギングなどを励行した成果が遅れてきたのではないかと思う。大変嬉しい。
今週は焼肉に行かざるをえず、さらにはそこで肉を限界まで食べざるをえず、非常に苦しい思いをした。最後の１切れは焼いたにも関わらずどうしても箸をつけることが出来ずに迷惑をかけたのだが、逆に言えばそこまで自分を追い込んだ厳しさが理解して頂けるだろう。余談ながらその後出てきたビビンバは多少食べることが出来たことから、ライスは別腹であるという諺もまた真であると確認することができた。いい肉は脂分が多い。噛みしだくと濃厚な脂のジュースが口いっぱいに広がり幸せな気分になる。ヒレ肉は硬くてあまり好きではなかったが、しかしステーキ肉などは大変おいしかった。 ダイエットが頭をよぎったが、健康に生きるためには適度な脂分も必要であると思い、前向きな思いで体内に流し込んだ。またそのうち行きたいものである。
焼肉という大きな障壁があったにも関わらず体重を落とせたのは普段の努力が結実した成果であると言って良い。これを継続し、目標を達成していきたいものである。
今週の行動指針に対する実績は以下の通りである。
・特茶 ： 目標4本に対して実績1本、△3本
・ｼﾞｮｷﾞﾝｸﾞ： 目標2回に対して実績3回、＋1回
・筋トレ ： 目標1回に対して実績1回、±0回
・その他 ： フルーツダイエットを検討中
ジョギングは少し少なくなってきているが、体調の問題もある。無理せず続けることが最大の目標であり、仮に成果が出なくともダイエットを継続することには価値があると考えている。目に見える成果だけを追いかけるダイエット初学者も多いが、体重や体脂肪は一定でも体質そのものが改善されるケースもあり、なによりダイエットをしなければ本来体重や体脂肪が悪化の一途を辿っていた所を現状維持で保っていることも十分な成果である。例えば２キロ増えたとしても、本来３キロ増えるところを２キロに留めたと言って誇れるケースもありうる。継続は力なり、ということだろう。
