今も体調不良が続いているため、今週はジョギングなどのノルマが達成できるかどうか不安であるが、そこは体と相談しながらにしたい。このような状況では一進一退で目標達成もおぼつかないが、焦らず１歩づつやっていきたい。健康を維持しつつ体重を落とすというのはどこか矛盾した所があり、健康のためにダイエットを諦めようという方向になりがちであるが、成人病などは肥満が大きなリスクファクターであるから、なんとか頑張って続けていきたいものである。
