いよいよ明日からダイエットを始めることとなった。
体調が良くなかったので、始められるようにある程度整えてきたのだが、その過程で少し体重が増えてしまったようである。少しスタートラインが後ろに下がったが、目標を達成するように頑張りたい。
特に運動については、ダイエット開始前に1度ぐらい朝試しにジョギングをしてみようと思ったのだが結局実現できず、ぶっつけ本番で臨むことになった。筋トレはかろうじて1度だけ実施したのだが、腕立て10回というのは思いのほか辛く、背筋などはた目には分からないぐらいしか体が上がらない。若い頃は腕立て100回などやっていたものであるが、この厳しさは体重の増加によるものか、筋力の低下によるものか、恐らくはその両方の要因であろう。少しづつ改善していければと思う。
しかし週に2回のジョギングという目標を立てているが、油断しているとあっという間に1週間過ぎてしまうため、なんとか明日朝起きてジョギングすることで1回をカウントしたい。我ながらかなり厳しい目標を立ててしまったのではないかと後悔もあるが、心を鬼にして頑張りたい。
目標は2015年12月に75キロ、体脂肪率30%。なんとか達成できるように頑張りたい。
