加齢とともに風邪を引きやすくなってきたので風邪について書こうと思い、なんとなくよく見そうなタイトルをつけてみた。羊頭狗肉であることについては御容赦頂きたい。
体調管理を十分にせよと事前に言われることなどもあるのだが、何をすれば風邪を引かなくなるのか教えて貰いたいところである。昔から人より風邪を引きやすかったのだが、年を取るにつれで酷くなり、最近では毎月風邪を引いているような有様で大変情けない。
経験則としては、以下の6つなどの状況で風邪を引きがちである。
①多忙である
②睡眠不足である
③急に寒くなった
④酒を飲み過ぎた
⑤ダイエットなどで食事を減らした
⑥雨に濡れた
殆どが自らの力ではいかんともしがたい状況である。以前はプライベートでもおおいに飲酒を楽しんでいたが、最近は会食以外での飲酒を控えているし、睡眠も可能な限り優先的に取るようにしている。忙しい、睡眠時間が少ない、酒を飲まざるを得ないなどは仕事の都合であり、また寒くなった、雨が降ったなどは天候上の理由でなんともならない。ダイエットについては自力ではあるが、肥満が別のリスクを生むためこの現状を放置してよいものでもなく、また風邪を引いって納得するほど厳しいダイエットをしたわけでもない。
しかし天命として受け入れるには風邪は辛すぎる。喉は痛く、頭は痛く、鼻水は汚らしく、咳はいつまでも終わらない。病院は高く、待ち時間は長く、薬は苦い。インフルエンザの検査など激痛である。可能であればどのような努力をしてでも風邪を引くリスクを減らしたいのだが、いい案はあまり浮かばない。
現在の対策は以下の6つぐらいである。
①なるべく良く寝て、良く食べる
②なるべくビタミンCを摂取する
③帰宅時にうがい、手洗いを慣行する
④冷たい飲料を取り過ぎないようにする
⑤夜寝る時は厚着する
⑥風邪気味だと思ったら軽くても早めに仕事を休む
かなり気をつけている方だとは思うのだが、インターネットなどで調べた情報と比較すると、免疫力強化のため、運動をした方がいいというのだけが欠けているように思われる。これは別途ダイエット計画の方で対応していきたい。
風邪もブログに記録することで回数を数えていくようにしたいと思う。2014年、少なくとも5回以上は風邪を引いていると思うが、年内あと1回に抑えれば2か月に1回となる。
まずは2か月に1回まで、というところを目標にして頑張ってみたい。
