いよいよ2015年に突入したが、年末から体調が悪く、殆どダイエット活動はせずに終わってしまったのだが、そのためか各指標も元に戻ってしまった様子である。早く体調を直して再度挑戦したいが、なかなか難しい。まずはダイエットを忘れ、体調を戻すことを優先させたい。精神面ではまだ十分意欲的であり、体調さえ回復すればまた順調に継続できるだろう。
今週の行動指針に対する実績は以下の通りである。
・特茶 ： 目標4本に対して実績0本、△4本
・ｼﾞｮｷﾞﾝｸﾞ： 目標2回に対して実績0回、△2回
・筋トレ ： 目標1回に対して実績0回、△1回
・その他 ： 風邪
せっかく下がってきた体脂肪率も一気に上がってしまったが、ジョギングなど復活していけばまたそのうち下がるだろう。体調が良くないうちはよく食べ、よく寝て体を休めるというのが基本であり、ダイエットとは真逆の活動となる。すなわち逆に言えばダイエットをしていると風邪を引きやすいということだろう。
ただ肥満のままでいることは成人病のリスクを高めるため、健康を考えると痩せることも必要である。虻蜂取らず、とならないよう、風邪と成人病の両面から見て望ましい水準感のダイエット活動をしていくようにしたい。当面は風邪からの回復がテーマとなるが、仕事始めまでにはなんとか回復させておきたいものである。
